Today in Doctor Who 50th anniversary news, BBC America and BBC Cymru Wales a co-producing a TV movie about the creation of Doctor Who, starring David Bradley, he of curmudgeonly characters Argus Filch and Game of Thrones’ Walder Frey, as original First Doctor William Hartnell.
