I have been waiting all of my life for a .gif set of this scene. This struck me so hard when I was younger.
Even as a kid, I felt like Batman and Batgirl’s lines should have been swapped here, like seriously, Every Woman in the Universe Throws Themselves At Me Bruce Wayne gets the twist faster than the actual woman sitting next to him?
But major props to Batman: The Animated Series for not indulging in the nostalgia that would have called for a “dark” version of the quite silly character of Calendar Man, and instead reinventing the character with a motivation that matches the gimmick.
