Neal Stephenson’s “Snow Crash” was a pretty wild and wooly and starkly satirical reinvention of the Cyberpunk novel, and as an ex-skater myself I for one fell in love with its hard-riding kourier counter-protagonist “YT”.

We don’t get much in the way of cyberpunk around here because there’s not a whole lot of the aesthetic that isn’t just sexy’d up to the gills - Which I’m cool with, I mean in an oppressive future where most anyone can alter their bodies (or even their gender) as they please, it’s probably going to be part of the shtick, right?
